Mr. U.K. Nambiar, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mahabazaar.com, Inc. USA is the Chairman of Seawing Exim. He is a graduate of the prestigious Robert H. School of Business at the University of Maryland where he obtained a Master degree in Business Administration and Management. An extremely organized thinker, he also has a Master of Engineering degree from Punjab University, India. Formerly, Mr. Nambiar had a stint as Director of Operations for Sonco Worldwide based in Maryland. He had also served as an officer in the Indian Air Force for six years and commanded a technical flight. A stickler for work ethics, he has a proven track record as a leader, is pro-active in every sense of the word and has exceptional real world experience and academic credentials. His impressive list of accomplishments include his business plan for Mahabazaar.com , which won the Chief Executive Officers Club of Baltimore's fourth annual business plan competition in May 1999. Mahabazaar.com, Inc also won the Rising star award and was recognized as the top 50 growing companies in North America by Deloitte and Touche in the year 2002.

Mr. N.Narayanan Kutty is the Director of the company. He has a Bachelor of Academic Law degree and a Bachelor of Law Degree from V.B.College of Law, Manipal. A meticulous planner ,he was the Legal Consultant for various Corporate and Multinational Companies for 15 years before taking over as the Director of the Company. His unmatched business acumen has been successfully guiding the financial destiny of the company right from the time of its establishment.

Hailing from a reputed business family, Mr. B.Lakshmichand is a Director of the company. He has a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the Government Arts College Ootacamund and a Bachelors Degree in Law from BMS College of Law, Bangalore. He has proven expertise in successfully running varied businesses such as tea, essential oils, textiles, construction and real estate.

After Graduating in Commerce he worked for a Birla Group in Delhi in their Capital Market Division for a period of Four years.He relocated to Chennai and successfully founded and built a 12 crore Facility Management Company and brings in 11 years of Business Experience.He is a Director of the Company.
